Please visit a branch to complete and sign a change of address form. If you have moved out of the area, please contact us to have a formed mailed to you.

What do I need to do if I file a name change?

Bring your new government-issued identification or a copy of your court document into a branch to have your account updated.

What do I do if my HomeTown Bank debit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact 540-345-6000 immediately. This can be reported 24/7. We also suggest that card holders turn their card “off” if you use the Card Valet app.

What do I do if I suspect fraud or suspicious activity on my debit card?

Please contact Card Services immediately at 844-592-6417 24/7 to initiate the dispute. You should also turn your card “off” if you use the Card Valet app.

What do I do if my HomeTown Bank credit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact 24-hour customer service at 1-800-944-2726 immediately.

How can I help prevent fraud on my account?

Your HomeTown Bank debit card will work with the Card Valet app found in your device’s store. This can be used to turn your card on or off and control usage to various merchant types.

We also partner with Visa to send purchase alerts – this service will work with both your HomeTown debit card and credit card.

How can I change my debit card PIN number?

How can I reorder checks?

It’s best to call or visit your branch if you need to place an order to ensure you are getting them at the right price.

How can I reset my online banking password?

How can I locate your mobile banking app?

You must be enrolled for online banking. Then Search for HTB Mobile for iPhone on the App store or HTB Mobile in Google Play.

How quickly will I receive access to funds deposited using mobile deposit?

Funds deposited using Mobile Deposit will generally be available within 2 business days from the day of deposit. However, availability of funds deposited may be delayed for a longer period under certain circumstances. If you need faster access to your funds, you may want to visit one of our branches.
